Autumn Down – Our History

Founded in 1988 Autumn Down was established in London.We are a family owned and run independent business manufacturing duvets, pillows and cushions in natural and synthetic fillings. We have since developed into specialising in bespoke soft furnishings and manufacturing carded and thermal bonded fibre/dacron used in trades such as the production of mattresses and upholstery. 

For over 20 years, Autumn Down has made, imported and exported natural and synthetic filled duvets and pillows, and we pride ourselves in providing the highest in quality.

You can order Autumn Down products online or over the phone and all Autumn Down bespoke services are ordered via email or over the phone. Based in London, we are ideally located to deliver both in the UK and worldwide. We are passionate to get YOUR products to you FAST. Our aim is always to deliver your goods 2-3 working days from when we receive your order (bespoke services are delivered 2-3 days from when the job is complete).

Quality

Attention to detail from quality finishes through to customer service has been pivotal in the development and fast growth of Autumn Down.

All fibre and synthetic products are made using the finest of fabrics and fillings and are manufactured to adhere to British Standards. Our bedding range meets the stringent European Oeko-Tex standard 100 giving you satisfaction that there are no harmful chemicals or substances in any of our products.

Our Products and Services

All goose down products consists of 90% goose down and 10% goose feather.  Goose feather and down products are filled with 85% goose feathers and 15% goose down.  All fillings are cased in 100% cambric cotton and duvets are constructed in a baffle box finish. 

Microfibre duvets, pillows and cushions are the down equivalent of the synthetic world. Each of these fibres is fine and so soft that they feel exactly like down.  Hypo-allergic and dust-mite free they are the perfect alternative to a natural duvet for any allergy sufferer.

Autumn Down has developed a reputation as a manufacturer of high quality filled bedding products and complimenting this portfolio, a specialised manufacturer of bespoke soft furnishings. 

We have a team dedicated to cater for all needs, be it for trade customers, hoteliers, bars, clubs, restaurants, interior designers, retailers of small and large brand names, or for individual clients who have special and unique requirements.  

Our long-term customers include Holiday Inn, Days Inn and Jack Wills, just to name a few.

Autumn Down has a team of highly skilled machinists who make all cushion inners and bespoke cushion covers. Cushion inners can be filled in synthetic, foam or natural down and feather fillings and can be made to any shapes and sizes. Covers are made to bespoke orders. We are happy for clients to provide their own fabrics or if preferred, we can source fabrics for individual requirements (subject to minimum order).
