Delivery Costs Explained

From 20th July for a limited time only we are offering FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all orders over £25.00.

Exclusions that apply are as follows:

Free delivery are on all orders over £25.00 placed on the site. This does not include any trade orders or orders made for bespoke services.
Free delivery on orders over £25.00 is to all postcodes in zones A & B. Please see details below.
Zones C,D & E have a reduced postage price of £3.99. (See details below for orders under £25.00)

For any orders delivered free of charge only one delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for delivery. If this is not possible please ensure you place special delivery instructions to leave with neighbour, in porch, in garden etc - or a alternative convenient delivery address for you where a signature is obtainable. If we have to re-deliver, £6.99 will have to be charged or you will need to arrange to collect from courier's depot.

This offer does not affect our returns policy.

To simplify things we have roughly divided the UK into the following zones:

Zone A - England, Wales and Isle of Wight

Zone B - Lower Scotland up to Dundee

Zone C - Upper Scoland and Northern Ireland

Zone D - All the rest of the islands around the UK

Zone E - The Republic of Ireland
