1. 7 Days Money Back Guarantee

We are confident you will love our products but we know from time to time you may want to change your mind. Rest assured if you do change your mind as long as the product is unused in re-saleable condition and in its original packaging, within 7 days of invoice let us know and we will be happy to accept a return of any purchase for an exchange or refund your money on all bedding products. (Please note we cannot refund delivery charges) For full refund policy please see our terms and conditions.

For bespoke products we cannot offer refunds or returns but are happy to make alterations until you are 100% happy with the product.

For trade customers all samples will be made first and tested by yourself to ensure you are 100% satisfied prior to starting production runs.

2. Same Day Shipment

98% of all orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day for delivery to your designated address.  (Excludes weekends and bank holidays).  Often deliveries are made to mainland Britain the next working day.

Bespoke orders both retail and trade are made to customers required delivery schedules.

3. Quality Guarantee

We promise every product that leaves our warehouse will be in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the quality of the product, we are happy to offer you your money back.

Every bespoke product will be made with the upmost care and to perfection.

4. 10 years Manufacturing Guarantee

We have a 10 years manufacturing guarantee on all products. If there is any manufacturing defect with any product we will repair it within 10 years of purchasing. (Proof of purchase required). This guarantee is only on manufacturing defects and not on wear and tear. It is also not effective if products are misused, soiled or damaged.  

5. Before and After Care Service

For all customers we offer a free before and after care service.  We want you to be rest assured that the product you have chosen is the right product for you.
