Terms & Conditions: The following Terms & Conditions apply to Autumn Down / Apple iPad 2 promotion: 1. The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding Autumn Down employees (and their families), their agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion. 2. There is no purchase requirement to enter. Merely complete the entry form. 3. All entries must be received between 1st April 2011 and 31st July 2011. Entries received after 31 July 2011 will not be accepted. 4. The Prize is an Apple iPad 2 64GB Wi-Fi & 3G. Delivery of the iPad to a home address within mainland UK is included. Securing Wi-Fi and 3G service is the responsibility of the winner and is not part of the prize. The Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. All other costs are at the expense of the winner. 5. The Winner: there will be one winner who will be chosen at random on Friday 5th August 2011 from all valid entries. 6. The winner will be notified by email and text message of their success within 7 days of the draw date. 7. In order to take advantage of the Prize the winner must consent to the following conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winner's name and/or photograph for future publicity and promotions. By entering, the winner agree to participate in reasonable marketing activity connected with the promotion; 8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of entrance. 9. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 10.
